Thank you so much for your interest in joining Pothos Hair & Co. We believe finding the right salon home is an important and mutual decision, which is why our hiring process is intentionally thoughtful.

Our process includes three visits. The first we call a hangout. This is a casual visit where you’ll meet the team, tour the space, and spend some time with us to experience how we operate day to day. The second visit is a formal interview to dive deeper into your experience, goals, and alignment. The final step is a working interview, where you’ll bring in a model and perform a lived-in color service using our color line. This service is complimentary for your model.

Following your working interview, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours with either a formal offer letter or next steps if it’s not the right fit.
Please note: a minimum of 12 months of behind-the-chair experience is required.
