  • We are located a block off Shelbyville Road in Middletown. We are inside the large white house sitting the corner of Main Street and Harrison Avenue.

  • We have reserved parking spots for our guests on the side and front of our building. Free street parking is also available if needed.

  • If you have concerns within 3-5 days of your appointment, let us know. We offer a complimentary redo policy for minor adjustments within one week of the original appointment. Requests made after one week will be subject to the full service price. Please note that this policy is for minor adjustments, not changes in style or preferences. Contact the salon or your stylist to discuss your concerns and schedule your color adjustment. For corrective color services, please understand that achieving the desired result may require multiple visits.

  • We love your munchkins and understand that sometimes you may need to bring your children with you. However, to maintain a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly request no children at your hair appointment, unless they are receiving a service. (excluding nursing babes) If children must accompany you, they will need to sit in our lobby quietly for liability purposes. The salon environment may pose risks for little ones due to the presence of hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

  • We do have a Master Nail Tech, Scarlett, who specializes in healthy natural nails. We offer mani’s and pedi’s with regular or gel/shellac polish, builder gel, or Gel X! No acrylic or dip.

  • At Pothos Hair & Co., we value each appointment and the commitment our stylists make to provide exceptional service. When appointments are rescheduled or canceled with short notice, our stylists experience a loss of compensation for the time reserved exclusively for you.

    Booking an appointment is equivalent to purchasing a dedicated segment of their schedule. To ensure the continuity of quality service, we kindly ask for at least 36 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within this period will be charged 30% of the scheduled service, while no-shows will incur a 60% charge. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.   • When you book your appointment online, you should receive text + email confirmation. Click “MANAGE MY APPOINTMENT” to view and make changes to your appointment. Text/call the salon if you need assistance for reschedules/cancels.

    Cancellations can also be made by contacting your stylist directly.

No worries – there's absolutely no bitterness or offense taken. We believe in finding the best fit for your needs and are here to support your journey to achieve your dream hair.

  • Certainly! Let's say you book "The Express" package for 1 hour. Within that hour, you can enjoy a gloss or deep conditioning treatment, a brow wax, a haircut, a blowout, and a style. Your stylist's hourly rate for that hour is your total cost—no surprises.
