CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that you notify us of any rescheduling or cancellations at least 36 hours prior to your appointment time. If less than 36 hours notice is provided, a charge equal to 30% of the scheduled service amount will be incurred. In the event of a no-show OR a cancellation within 6 hours of your appointment time, a charge of 60% of the scheduled service will apply. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in ensuring we can serve all of our valued clients effectively. Thank you for your understanding.
