Hey girl, I’m Taylor! Owner of Pothos Hair & Co. and a stylist specializing in blonding and balayage. I’m all about creating low-maintenance, lived-in color that lasts and feels like you.

I opened Pothos because I wanted to create the kind of salon I always dreamed of…laid-back, welcoming, and filled with good hair and even better people. Pothos means a passion for beauty, and the plant itself represents perseverance and growth; both things that matter a lot to me, especially when it comes to this industry and leading a team.

I’m married to my best friend, Brandon, and we have the sweetest baby boy, Archer. We also have two fur babies, Luna and Ace, who basically run the house. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me thrifting for vintage treasures, rearranging + redecorating my home or the salon, or adding just one more plant to the collection.

I’ve been a stylist for 17 years, I have a passion for color and specialize in lived-in color and creating natural, effortless looks that help people feel beautiful and confident. 

Outside of the salon I’m married and a proud mom of two wonderful boys. Finding a healthy work-life balance means a lot to me, and it helps me show up as my best self — both at home and behind the chair.

I truly love connecting with people, listening to their needs, and creating customized results that feel like them. I know how valuable your time is, and I want every appointment to feel relaxed, comfortable, and genuine. Whether you’re looking for a subtle change or a low-maintenance refresh, my goal is for you to leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and completely seen.

Hey, I’m Sabrina! I’ve been in this amazing industry for over a decade, and I still love it just as much as the day I started. I feel like I’ve truly found my place behind the chair, connecting with my clients and creating something beautiful together. I’m all about lived-in color, precision haircuts for all textures, and working as an educator! My true passion in this industry is human connection; sharing what I know and hearing what others can teach me is truly the greatest part of what I do. 

Outside the salon, I’m a pet mom to the sweetest golden retriever and a new homeowner who’s always dreaming up my next project. I love being outside, cooking up something delicious, and I’ll never say no to a nice glass of wine!

Hey, I’m Kelsey! I’ve been doing hair since 2017 and graduated from Paul Mitchell. I know I wanted to be in this industry, back in high school, getting all the girls ready before each special occasion but honestly, I’ve been obsessed with all things beauty for as long as I can remember. I’m Louisville born and raised, and I love bringing low-maintenance, lived-in color to life. Balayage, soft color blends, and dreamy bridal hair are totally my thing.

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m living that busy boy mom life with my two littles, Calvin and Sutton. I’m super family-oriented, forever grateful for my sweet hubby Dylan, and always down for a good TJ Maxx run or home decor project.

Hey everyone, my name is Kayla! I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Louisville in 2022. Blondes, brondes, and lived in color are my jam behind the chair. My grandma was a hairstylist when I was growing up, so I’ve been around hair my whole life! When I’m not behind the chair, I’m probably relaxing at home, spending time with friends & family, or shopping at Target!

Hi! I’m Gabrielle! I have been in the industry for almost a decade! I love connecting and creating a relationship with my clients. I am very passionate about creating low maintenance, beautiful hair color so you can confidently show up in your everyday life! When not in the salon I love to travel to new places, try new restaurants with friends but also sit on my couch with a book and not move for hours. There’s no in between! Can’t wait to chat with you and create some beautiful hair together.

Hey, I’m Lizzie! I got into this industry because I love to make people feel their best. My goal is to always have my clients leave feeling more confident about themselves than when they came in. Blonding and low maintenance hair is my jam! I am newly married to my husband, Kitaro. If I’m not at the salon, I am probably coaching volleyball, spending time with friends and family, or rewatching Friends or Grey’s Anatomy.

Hey I’m Abby! I was born and raised here in Louisville, Kentucky. Behind the chair I love blonding, lived in color, or anything that enhances my clients natural hair! I absolutely love all things about being a stylist from the connections I get to make with clients - to the creativity we will use to find your perfect look! Outside of the salon, you’ll find me spending time with my fiancé or friends, hanging outside with my golden retriever, Eli, and sheepadoodle, Chloe, or planning my next trip!

Hi! I’m Sarah, and I’m passionate about helping people feel like their most beautiful, authentic selves. Behind the chair, I specialize in brondes, rich brunettes, and lived-in color that grows out seamlessly so you can enjoy your hair longer and get on your dream appointment routine.

Along with hair, I have a deep love for makeup and working on set, including work with Jack Harlow and other creatives, bringing creative visions to life for events, shoots, and performances.

Outside of the salon, my world revolves around my 3-year-old son, my absolute best friend. Becoming a mother completely transformed me, and I truly love the person I’ve grown into.

Hi, I’m Lindsey! I graduated cosmetology school in 2024 and specialize in lived-in color, blonding, and I also enjoy extensions. I’m married to the love of my life, Jacob, with three fur babies, Garfield, Daisy Duke, and Red. When I’m not in the salon, I’m riding horses, relaxing at home (probably rewatching Friends with a matcha in hand) or with friends and family. My faith inspires me daily, and is very important in my life. I am so honored to be trusted with your hair and I cannot wait to bring your dream hair to life!

Hey y’all, I’m Scarlett! I’m a Master Nail Specialist! I have always had a love for all things nails. I specialize in builder gel, gel x, and foot care. I love getting to know all my guests and building a forever bond. If you don’t catch me at my desk, I’m spending tons of quality time with my husband, two daughters, and we can’t forget my two cuddly cats!
